What acupuncture can do for you (and what it can’t)

Updated: Dec 7, 2021

Acupuncture can help your body and brain connect, make new neural pathways, and give you an hour out of your day to breathe deeply in a healing space.

By inserting tiny, hair thin needles into the skin the body sends messages to the brain that stimulates the parasympathetic system, which is the opposite of the stress systems in the body that get trigged multiple times a day. After 6 or more sessions in a short amount of time, your body may remember this new technique and reproduce it on it's own.

What acupuncture can not do for you, is discipline you to create new habits for you that could alter your life permanently. Which is an essential apart of healing holistically and reversing chronic illness.
