Stagnation, leads to illness.

Updated: Dec 7, 2021

When we move our bodies, we move our attitudes and beliefs about ourselves and the world, which in turn focuses our intentions in a more positive way. You can learn to create positive change through movement to your daily life. The change may be subtle on a day-to-day basis, but can be life altering over time.

Effecting change through physical movement doesn't mean pushing to exhaustion or over extending ourselves, but finding the right tools and hearing the right rhythms to move through life with ease and optimism. If we can't move—if we don’t feel inspired to move—then we need to identify that which is blocking us. Maybe it’s an old injury or an illness that keeps us from living the way we want; perhaps it’s a preconceived idea about exercise or “working out” that we find overwhelming; maybe it’s just learning how to put ourselves first.
